Ordering Machine Repairs, Parts or Accessories
In order to better serve you, we ask that you prepare the following before you call:
- Model type and serial number;
( top left on M-series on the back and top right on L-Series machines
stamped into the metal on the front)
- Complete shipping address;
- Method of payment.

We understand that having a critical tool like your PowerMate® stair climber out of action is not ideal and that is why we work hard to ensure your PowerMate® never goes down! We track every machine sold and provide recommendations for periodic re-certification or preventative maintenance that will keep your PowerMate® running at peak performance year round.
