Promotional Rules, Terms and Conditions
These conditions of entry apply to the Great PowerMate Giveaway promotion to be held between 01/17/18 and ending on 12/02/18. The prize consists of one (1) PowerMate® L-1 stair climbing hand truck, delivered to the winner’s business address.
To be eligible to enter the draw, the company must be registered in the U.S. or Canada.
The prize will be awarded to the COMPANY NAME that was provided by the entrant.
L P International Inc. disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, acts of God or otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law L P International Inc. will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prize.
All data provided by the entrant in this promotion will be held by L P International Inc. for the purpose of this promotion. Entry data may be used by L P International Inc. for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by entrants.
L P International Inc. reserves the right to refuse awarding the Giveaway where it has been determined the entrant has violated the rules outlined herein, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
No purchase is necessary to win.
L P International Inc. has the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time.
L P International Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any stage.
This Giveaway promotion is void where prohibited.
To participate in the promotion, accurately and truthfully complete registration information on the site registration form and consent to be bound by the Promotion Rules, Terms and Conditions. All responses must be in English. Input and submission of the participant-specific registration information constitutes official registration for participation in the promotion ("registration") subject to continuing eligibility, participation, verification and adherence to the Promotion Rules, Terms and Conditions.
The person who enters the Promotion is the “entrant”, the prize is awarded to the Company so named in the registration form. In the event that the company refuses to take delivery of the prize, L P International Inc. reserves the right to redraw a winning name until a company is identified to accept possession of the prize.
Prize draw to take place on 12/03/18. Winner to be notified by e-mail, fax and phone on or shortly after that date.
The winning Company must consent to delivery within 90 days of a win to be deemed valid. In the event that the company cannot be reached or delivery arranged within 90 days the promotion winner will be declared invalid and a new name will be drawn.
Shipping costs are included within the lower 48 states or Canada to the address provided by the winning Company.
